Fetches new bookings from Lodgify (past 48h), compares against Xero invoices, proposes CREATE/AMEND actions. Sends Ian a WhatsApp summary to approve. On YES, commits AUTHORISED invoices to Xero with correct tax codes and payment marking.

Morning check-in from Ravinder. Scans recent memory, flags anything urgent from the overnight queue (emails, calendar, bookings). Keeps Ian in the loop without him having to ask.

Pulls Google Search Console + GA4 data for 175east.nz. Analyses keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and page-level performance. Generates a weekly SEO report and auto-applies quick wins (meta updates, schema fixes). Sends Ian a WhatsApp summary.

Summarises the week's completed cron runs, API costs, and any anomalies. Gives Ian a single weekly pulse on what the automations have been doing and spending.

Checks if a new version of OpenClaw is available. Notifies Ian if an update is ready to install. No auto-update — Ian approves manually.

Runs a deep OpenClaw security audit on the host machine. Checks for open ports, outdated packages, SSH config, and firewall rules. Flags any risks to Ian via WhatsApp.

Pulls occupancy data from Lodgify and revenue from Xero for all 3 properties. Generates a monthly performance report covering bookings, revenue, occupancy %, and comparison to prior month. Pushes data to Supabase for the dashboard. Sends Ian a WhatsApp summary. Note: needs longer timeout — timed out Apr 2026.

Monthly strategic research run. Looks at competitor pricing, new OTA opportunities, Great Barrier Island travel trends, and potential marketing angles. Produces a briefing for Ian with actionable recommendations. ⏸ Currently paused — re-enable when ready.
